Our focus is to provide the best service possible to the customer.
There is a growing trend as more and more people go online and own a computer, our aim is to meet that requirement and to provide technical support for when things go wrong or to steer people in the right direction with advice.
Donald is the founder of the company and has over 20 years’ experience in the IT and communications industry. Having spent a number of years working overseas predominately in the USA, Donald returned to the UK and has been involved in a number of successful enterprises, with the most recent OnTime IT & Comms Limited being the most successful and fulfilling.
Employed under the modern apprenticeship scheme, Matthew has grown and developed in his role with the company, he has been full time with the company for 10 years. He has an excellent knowledge of our existing business customers and is dedicated to providing good service.
With over 20 years experience as a photo copier engineer, Derrick is highly skilled and has experience of many different manufacturers hardware. A very important member of the team.
